Final Sale Items

Items sold on a “Final Sale” basis include: (i) Custom items; (ii) special-order items; (iii) emergency response items; (iv) items marked in Sourced Product quotations or invoices as “Non-Cancellable” or “Non-Returnable” and (v) any other items that Merrimac Industrial Sales may designate as a “Final Sale” from time to time.

Return Policy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused product(s) in their original condition and original packaging for a full refund. Merrimac Industrial Sales reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is salable. Initial shipping costs including return fees will not be refunded.
